Do you offer free classes?
First session is on us.however our first session would be to familiar with the student primarily walking through the process involved and getting familiar with the teachers.That class is on us.
What if the student does not like the teaching?
It usually takes couple of sessions for students to be familiar with the process and teachers.We can change the teachers if the student does not like the teaching style. After the first 4 sessions,we would require a month’s notice to change the teacher.
What if the student does not like the process and discontinue?
We offer 100% money back if the student wishes to discontinue the classes with in the first 30 days. However,we would earnestly try to arrange another teacher who may fit to the students liking.
What Equipment we need?
Student would need an internet,Computer/Tablet.
How many hours of tutoring is recommended?
We recommend 2 hours per week.
Do the teachers have accent?
We recruit teachers from all over the world,we look for passionate people who has the skillset needed to understand young minds and has the best background in their subject.Our teachers proficient in English communication and has a neutral accent.
How do you report progress?
Our student administrators,work with the teachers to provide progress and update on every session every month.They are accessible and has a direct line of communication with the parents,student and teachers.
What is the parent’s involvement?
Provide a learning environment based on student’s need.We prefer a direct communication with the parents to collect feedback,to provide monthly updates.
